General Information:

What is your turnaround time?

All orders are processed in 5-10 business days, usually sooner. Turnaround times are subject to change around holidays with increased order volume. Shipping time frames are determined by the shipping method you choose at checkout and shipping time is separate from our order processing time. 

Do you offer shipping and local pick-up?

Yes. We ship all over the US. If you are local, you can pick up from our office located in Roseboro, NC.

Do you accept returns?

I do not accept returns and all sales are final due to personalization. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via email at gabrielle@southernmagnoliajewelry.com

Personalization:

For personalized items, will I receive a proof?

Usually proofs are not needed for simple items such as a logo engraved on a tumbler. However, I am happy to provide a proof once payment is received, if requested prior to the order being processed. 

For logo engraving, what format do you need my logo in?

I ask that you provide a black and white logo in SVG or PNG format. If you can provide a logo with a transparent background, that will be even better but is not required. 

Will there be variations in my product versus what is shown on your website?

For wood items, there is always a chance that your product will differ slightly from the product listing. The reason for this is wood is a natural source and each piece will have varying grain, imperfections, and slight differences. However, I take pride in sourcing only the highest quality products to ensure a level of consistency across the board.

For metal products such as tumblers, your product will not have much variation, if any at all.

Do you apply any finishes to your cutting boards/coasters?

Yes. We apply a food-grade mineral oil to all cutting boards, coasters, after laser engraved personalization. 

Product Care:

How should I care for my personalized products in regards to cleaning?

If you plan to utilize a personalized cutting board instead of solely displaying it, you'll want to use the non-engraved side to cut on. To clean cutting boards, hand wash with warm soapy water, let dry, and apply a food-grade mineral oil. 

Personalized tumblers are generally dishwasher safe. However, I personally recommend hand washing.
